Hello, my system is not booting when i put my new ASUS GTX 760 in my MB .The screen showing Intel logo background with boot option's F2 , F3 but when i press the boot key its not working with my background screen stable but when plug out the gpu from MB & connected the display cable to my MB its working .. As i have a VGA port only with my L.G LED LCD 18.5 inch monitor so i have to put a DVI to VGA adapter with the gpu . My system specs : CPU : core i3 3220 , RAM : 2x4 ripjaws x 1333, PSU :XFX PRO 550W core edition , MB :Intel DB75EN . Plzz help me on this .

Have u plugged in the two 6-pin pci-e adapters that from your psu to the gpu. A gtx760 requires two 6-pin pci-e power connectors.
What psu do you have?give it's details.

The ASUS GTX 760 DCII requires a single 8 pin PCI-E power connector, what GPU were you replacing?.

The only ASUS 760s I see are ASUS DCII and DCII mini, this is his PSU
44A is more than enough to power a 760, it also has a 6+2 PCI-E power connector in addition to a regular 6 pin, so as he suggested, make sure they're plugged in properly

Don't know if this would help but get into your BIOS/UEFI using your Mobo, set the default graphics to PCI-E.

yes@rolandz m very sure that its connected properly with my GPU...& @sourodip the xfx pro 550w can easily handle a single gtx 670 , HD 7950 whereas ve all know very well gtx 760 requires a good psu with 500w :)

@rolandz i had checked all settings of BIOS without plugging the gpu or also checked with all types of BIOS settings & tried to run but same, if it would be the BIOS problem then my screen will turn into black but my screen showing background logo of intel mobo but its not Booting also the switches are not working too at that time :/

Is the pc booting without the discrete gou, i.e.,gtx760? If yes, try to test it on some other system.
Your psu is good enough and is able to handle a gtx760 easily.
Just re-check: plug in the 24-pin ATX properly, cpu connector.
You're saying that"my screen showing background logo of intel mobo but its not Booting", do u hear the beep sound from your mobo?
check these and try to test the gpu on someone else's system.

oops forgot about this thread, yep testing the card in another system if possible would eliminate or confirm the possibility of a dead card. If there are beep codes as mentioned look them up and they would tell you what's going wrong.
