the Product Key of an OEM version can only be installed on one motherboard.

the first one is for One computer, and the second is for Three computers

You would have to call Microsoft and buy how ever many Product Keys you need. Not sure if they give volume discounts.

companies buy a Volume License for their systems but those I think come in 100 at a time

ooo....when i install the window on my pc then i want to format my pc and can i use the same disc to reinstall window.

Yes as long you use the same Product Key you can reinstall Windows and you should not have any problems activating Windows.

The OEM Key is connected to your motherboard, once activated, and as long you don't change the motherboard the OEM Key should work on that computer.
