New PC build with W8, How to install old programs from previous PC HD

Hi to everyone here at Toms,I am a bit of a noob and I built a new PC and thanks to the help here at Tom's I have solved some of the problems. I have my old HD from my previous PC of which I can view files and programs but I want to be able to install the Programs onto my New PC HD, how do I do this if I can, eg; websiteX5, paragon partition manager etc;

So I take it that is the install program from the website?
