I am posting this follow-up to a prior post that I did here in Toms Hardware that Tom’s (and I am out of respect not mentioning any names) took this original post as a “RANT” and “SLANDER” directed at Microsoft. This original post was made in retribution to a sale between myself and Microsoft went bad. They claim I was in the wrong by not contacting their support personal (which are in India) and hardly legible to resolve this issue. This issues was as follows. I purchased Windows 8 from a Promo early rollout to be shipped on the day of release. The key was included in the packaging properly however the Disc did not boot correctly and fire off the installer as it was advertised to do. Once again I am not going to repeat some of my comments directed towards Microsoft as Tom’s Hardware felt they could have opened a door for a civil lawsuit and was in all actuality protecting me. Which I give Kudos to Toms. I was appropriately put on a 48 hour ban by Tom’s Hardware which I took in stride and accepted as appropriate punishment. I just want to say when a Major Fortune 1000 company can have such a stranglehold over a consumer like that it is sad. Especially when the 3rd party forum is forced to take control and impose punishment on their user for that comment. Tom’s hardware stated to be very respectively that their intentions were not to beat me up or reprimand me as much as to just actually take one for the team and save me from a possible lawsuit. I thank Tom’s Hardware for that and still use there forum and have obtained much information.

So with that said Keep up the good work Tom’s Moderator’s and lets see if I can not go about this in another more legal way to impact the real culprit here in a court of law.
