I7-4930k and my Seasonic 860W power supply

ok guys, I am planing to get new CPU and graphic cards and I would like to know if my PSU 860W can handle it. My new spec:

I7-4930k (will OC to 4.4)
Memory 4x4 GB pc 2133 1.65V
GPU 2x GTX 780 TI
2x Seagate Baracuda 2TB each
2x SDD 240 GB

I'm not sure how high the power consumption of the GTX780ti is but I'm pretty sure it should be no problem since total power consumption of a system with SLI GTX780s consumes around 600W under load. Actually I'm positive that it can.
