i need a graphics card. I'm building a new system with the asus maximus vi formula mobo and the intel core i7 4770k cpu.

I would go for the EVGA or the MSI personally. They have higher clock speeds out of the box without having to OC. If you want to OC, the EVGA gets really good reviews. Also the MSI Lightning has a non-reference custom PCB and is made with military spec parts. Dual bios and 20 phase VRM. It comes with a backplate for rigidity and heat dissipation. The fans spin the opposite direction for 30 seconds on startup to blow dust off the heatsink. Its over-built and used to carry a higher premium over all the other 780's excluding the Hydro Copper but since the price drop it now sits at the same price as most of the others which now makes it a really good buy.
