Random crashes during Guild Wars 2 and many other errors and disasters x.x'

The problems started on Halloween (oh the irony..) I was playing the guild wars events and then got a blue screen that I think was "Bad_Pool_Header". I disregarded it thinking it might just be a one time thing but then it kept happening every hour or so. Well since I have been trying to learn about fixing computers I figured out how to look at the minidump files and noticed it said atikmdag.sys,dxgmms1.sys, and ntokskrnl.exe were the problems. So I uninstalled and updated my ati radeon graphics card driver and tried to uninstall and install Direct X 11 (What my graphics card says it supports) but I couldn't find a download for 11 and didn't know if I should get 10 so I didn't bother doing anything to Direct X. The kernel I looked up and since it appears to be important I don't want to mess with it unless I reeeeally know what I am doing and that it will be for the better.

So after that it seemed to be fixed till it randomly just up and crashed. It's only happened once so far but I am afraid it might be dangerous for my computer so I haven't touched GW since the crash even though I really want the Halloween loot <x.x'>

The crash just made the screen go black and I could still hear my audio but it was choppy, then after a minute the audio stopped even though the screen still showed power and the computer was clearly still on. I also think I might have heard a slight thumping sound?

If it is relevant I also tried to install xsplit (because manycam kept crashing when I was using it on skype) but it told me I needed to install Adobe Flash for IE first and when I said it could it just said an error I can't remember (sorry >.<) so I tried installing it manually and even though I clearly have Flash for IE because YouTube works fine, it still says I don't have it . But now it doesn't even say anything it just runs the process but I can't see it. I tried leaving it up to install like it said it was doing but it never did.

Also I had some guild wars crashes where the game would report the error to the admins, audio mixer broke several times, and Webroot antivirus always says 4 threats removed after a scan no matter what I scan BUT also says no threats found.

Because of the errors I was wondering if it is the graphics card but the other errors are not graphics card related are they? @_@'

Sorry for all the writing and thanks so much to anyone who takes the time to read this and try to help. If you need any more information just ask and if you want I also have skype so we can figure it out with screen share also if needed.
I wouldn't be bothering everyone if I had another way of fixing it x.x but I already waited on hold with Geeksquad for 5+ hours (they never came back....)

Solution
Ok here is a step by step diagnosis:

1. Boot into safe mode
2. Run > sfc.exe wait until it completes
3. Open command prompt, type in "chkdsk /f" without the quotation marks and enter, wait until it completes
4. Run > Windows Memory Diagnostic > Restart now and check for problems.

Hopefully that will run you through enough tests to identify the problem.
If sfc.exe detected a problem, one or more critical Windows files are corrupted, you will have to boot using your Windows disc and repair Windows.
If chkdsk detected a problem, you have either corrupt data or bad sectors on your hard drive, chkdsk will delete corrupt data and prevent use of bad sectors.
If Windows Memory Diagnostic detected a problem, you have a bad RAM stick...

Thanks for the response but it says no problems found?..and if it was the audio that crashed it wouldn't it crash all the time instead of just in GW? Just wondering because I am trying to learn as much as I can about computers. and if the game was corrupted..could it really bsod and black screen my computer? o_O''' but I will try to reinstall it anyway I guess.

If Windows Memory Diagnostic detected a problem, you have a bad RAM stick. Run your PC with one stick at a time to identify the bad one.
If Windows blue screens/crashes in safe mode, the problem is likely a bad RAM stick, or slim chance of a bad power supply.

If any graphic driver files were affected you'll want to uninstall them again using AMD Catalyst Uninstall Utility. DO NOT use that utility if you are running Windows 8! It will mess your system and require Windows reinstall. Instead, uninstall normally from Control Panel.

I think everything is fixed, thank you so much ^_^ oh but now I have a weird little issue that I can't open anything in the system 32 folder like regedit or some of those tools you recommended (I was able to get to them by using cmd) annnd a weird issue where my antivirus always says 4 problems no matter what I scan.
