problem connecting to internet

hi i' connected to the internet but when i click on internet explorer it comes up web page not available. please can u help me thanks

Sorry gary, but I think we need way more details here. You say you are connected to the internet? How and how do you know you are connected? Is it a laptop or a desktop? Do you know how to use the command prompt and ipconfig?
