my monitor flickers when playing games

my monitor starts flickering when i open specific games like battlefield 3, tomb raider, max payne 3 When i am in a darker place in the game the flickers get more visible

btw that flickers happends with me when i upgraded to GTX 760 after GTX 550 ti

can anyone help me please :\

i have 600W PSU

and yes i tried toggling Vsync and still have the same problem
