I bought crysis 3 hunter edition a bit ago and realized i could play it a t very high@1080p with FXAA on or SSAAx4 and get decent framerates for using one gtx 770 like 30fps min and 70fps max. But for some reason I get microstuttering all the time. And it has similar issues as Crysis 2 Max Edition had(like shotgun realod stutter) And also I noticed from having Crysis 2 and Crysis 2 Max there was a huge difference in FPS. I tryed out Crysis 3 before I bought it and had no problems at all. It is a GPU killer so I wanted to be sure my system could handle it....Anyway I have not found many threads on crysis 3 hunter edition, probably because no one bought it, so I ask is this a problem with All modern EA titles now or just the special edition ones? I want to know because I have not yet got battlefield 3 and I would like it so I can play multiplayer. I know there is the Normal title and 2 other premium titles. Also before i get asked my specs are:
i5 3570k, Asus P8Z77 MB, 8gb KHX 1600, PNY GTX 770, KHX 3K 120gb SSD, WD1002FAEX (1tb black), Corsair CX750M oh and a WD Blue for storage and archiving movies and videos

If you get 70fps max then you're not experiencing micro-stuttering at all, your frame rate simply isn't peaking high enough.
If it was over 125fps, then maybe yeah.

Have you set-up your virus scanner to ignore the Crysis folder when doing real-time virus scanning?
Are you running in High Performance or Game Booster Power Scheme?
Are you running the game with overly high settings? (This will cause stuttering you can notice, especially as it dips below 48fps to 42fps or less). This is not micro-stuttering btw, thus is just normal GPU <---> System Memory contention and spikes.

Micro-stuttering starts above 125fps.
