Low levels of FXAA and MSAA combined can be quite effective, as long as you're not bothered by the blurring from FXAA. But as I said, you'll want to check it for yourself. It is subjective to some extent. Some prefer a crisper image even if it means there will still be some jaggies. Some prefer having no jaggies at all, even if it means the picture will be blurred a little.

As torres mentions, your GPUs are really a lot of power for 1080p, so you could just go with SSAA. Or a higher resolution, if your monitor supports it.
Try them out for yourself. TXAA should be good against shimmering, but rather blurry compared to MSAA. FXAA is not all that great in itself, but it doesn't affect performance as much as the other modes and can often be combined with eg. MSAA for a very good result (apart from some blurring).

SSAA almost always gives the highest picture quality, but it is much more demanding than the other modes, so only use it if it doesn't murder your FPS.
