Building a gaming PC since my XPS M1530 is way outdated and im not really looking to spend $2k+ on another Dell or a prebuild system. I was looking and researching the I7-4820K but doesnt seem to be as future proff or give that much of additional gains in performance in gaming, so I decided to go with the I7-4770k.

What I want to know is if these componets are the best bang for buck on performance - http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1WOqM

Approximate Purchase Date: Month. Should I wait for Black Friday & Cyber Monday or can I start gathering parts as i see them on sales.

Budget Range: $1500, MicroCenter in NY mostly but will order online if theres good savings

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (FPS,MMOS), Web browsing, music n video player

Are you buying a monitor: Not atm but in the future.

Parts to Upgrade: All

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any with good $$$ savings

Location: New York City

Parts Preferences: Intel & Nvidia

Overclocking: Yes

SLI or Crossfire: Yes later on

Your Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: Outdated PC

Hello.
This cooler with this memory will surely have problems.
Try to pick shorter memory like:
G.Skill F3-1600C8D-8GAB $71.99 or change the cooler to something less perforamnce but more quit and full memory clearence, like Noctua NH U12S.
On the other hand I would wait for a bit for the GTX780ti which will be a full GK110 and will shake the things a bit and maybe lower the prices more of the 780. With a GTX780 around 400-450, wouldn't be so hard to squeesh it in to a $1500 build :).

edit: I manage to build you a similar build for $1540 with the i7 4770k and the GTX780. One of the changes that I made is to place a lower cooler(CM EVO is great though) in order to keep the high profile memories (which I placed faster ones with less $$$) and the price lower. Also the other changes that I made is for the best performance/price we can squeeze from a $1500 build.
I kept the case the same since you seem to like it.

Thanks all for your reply...I have the money at hand and MicroCenter is just 15 mins away, actually going there in a few mins to check out the store and have a look at what im looking for, well im gonna get the case atleast now lol. The case is negotiable, im just looking for a nice case under 100 with good air flow and hopefully dust filters that will eventually hold 2 770 or 780 once i decide to go SLI. Regarding the GPU I have no problem waiting a bit if prices gonna drop or if something better is coming out in the next few weeks for about the same price.
