What is the cheapest PC that could run Battlefield 4 on medium-high settings at constant 30 fps, Without the monitor but with the OS or should I just get a PS4? Also, what is a good entry-level gaming pc build, because I've never done gaming other than this £400 laptop. Using all prices in GBP would be great, Thanks!

This is maybe the lowest bf4 can deal with. With this setup maybe you will get 30 fps on low-mid settings
