Very small gaming mouse?

I have very small hands (170mm from fingertip to bottom of palm, 78mm across palm), and I prefer the fingertip grip, especially when gaming, so I'm looking for a tiny gaming mouse. I've been using a standard mouse which has buttons that extend far across the top, so I can click about 1/3 of the length from the front of the mouse. I don't need a ridiculous DPI, but would like to spend less than 80 USD. I'm looking for five buttons and don't want anything to ridiculous looking (Razer Deathadder is about the limit). Thanks for any suggestions!

I saw a small gaming mouse at Target of all places. I thought it was the Razor Naga but after reading the above post I now think it must have been the "mobile" Razor Orochi. $60 bucks though at Newegg . I can't find the exact size though.
