Im switching gpu from geforce gts 450 to sapphire hd 7950 with boost. What should i do? Remove all old drivers, install new e.t.c?I know i could use google but i cant trust anything. Any step by step guide will be appreciated.(Im thinking of using Driver Sweeper, never used it before so i dont know how it works.) Thanks..

just remove all old drivers as you said, then install new ones from AMD(latest official drivers).
But there are others things to consern about, and that is your PSU, taking into acount that the HD7950 Boost has an elevated max TDP of 225+W, compared to GTS450 max TDP of 106W, I found Radeon HD 7950 - 25A and a 500W certified psu minimum

when you swap hardware vendors you tend to get low level errors. so after replacing the card and removing the old drivers do a repair install or a fresh install. this will reconfigure the HAL (hardware abstraction layer) which allows the system to recognize and load the correct base drivers for that hardware.
not doing so can lead to system instability as it will load the base nvida vga driver rather than the ati vga driver. most of the time you wont see any issues other than slightly lower performance.. but it can result in constant driver crashes. so i prefer to fresh install when i add a new gfx card.
