REALLY CHEAP GAMING PC? Help...

Hi i want a gaming pc (200-300 USD also maybe 350) , i got a totally sucking laptop.... I can not build pc's. But i can hire somone who can build. Is there any cheap pc's out there? Btw i live in norway, (The pc should run Arma 2 Battlefield 3 etc...)

You should really specify a budget first. How "cheap" is "cheap"? $400 USD? More? Less? Second, I recommend you build your own PC. It's not difficult. Everyone on these forums started somewhere, and nearly everyone here is self-taught. If you buy a pre-built PC, you'll basically get ripped off as compared to building one yourself.
