Will these parts be compatible with my motherboard?

Short answer: No.
I would suggest getting a new motherboard, as most of the CPUs on that board would bottleneck with a 270X.
If you're on a budget, maybe get this motherboard: http://www.amazon.co.uk/M5A97-LE-R2-0-Motherboard-PCI-Express/dp/B008RPZ5SC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1383512372&sr=8-2&keywords=Am3%2B+motherboard
A four core CPU: http://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-FX-4130-4-Core-Processor/dp/B0093HDM3I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1383512411&sr=8-1&keywords=AMD+fx-4130
And if you can still afford it, the R9 270X would be an excellent choice.

Well the problem is my budget is £300 to get a GPU, Processor, case and power supply, I thought my motherboard would handle it...

The problem is is that you have an old slot (FM1) on that motherboard. There aren't really any good CPUs for FM1, or at least ones that would not bottleneck the 270X.
Here is a nice, future proof system for £350:
GPU: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00FL8H1GM/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1RBLI8BU7UB9Y
CPU: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005UBNL0A/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2CCXO2U172P5B
PSU: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B009RMP14M/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
Mobo: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0054U7HIO/ref=ox_sc_act_title_5?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
Case: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003OEDJTI/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

The first thing I would upgrade in that would be the GPU, if you need a better one in the future. This system, however, should be able to run decently. This thing should be able to handle a R9 270X, if you so choose.

EDIT: It would actually be cheaper to get that case+PSU combo you provided, and you would be able to add a better GPU later because of the better power option.
EDIT2: A better GPU for only about 13 more is the 7750: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sapphire-HD7750-Retail-PCI-E-Graphics/dp/B00761YFPW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1383514211&sr=8-1&keywords=7750
Heres a nice link to some benchmarks with the 7750: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-hd-7770-7750-benchmark,3135-6.html

Would a PC like that be hard for a thirteen year old to build lol? And would the HD 7770 play games like Battlefield 4 and Day Z?

EDIT- And if the 7770 isn't, what about the GTX 650 T.I. 2gb? I'm hoping to play Battlefield 4 ultra while recording..

If you know what you're doing, you will be able to build it. Check out some guides on youtube. And no, I'm sorry, but you're going to have to spend upwards of 800 to 1000 for your graphics unit alone to get pretty good FPS on BF4 while recording. I have the 7770, and I like it, but if you want to record you might want to get the GTX 650 Ti. You might be able to play BF4 on Medium to high with about 40FPS, and if you record with Nvidias Shadowplay (Available on the 650+) you will have little to none performance drop. The 650 ti is also better than the 7770.

This. The 650TI is SOLID.

So I'm probably going to take the motherboard and processor from that and add the case, R9 270x 2gb and the 700w PSU, what do you think this will play Battlefield 4 and Day Z at on max settings?

On max BF4, maybe ~30FPS. Bring a few things down and I bet you could get around 40. With DayZ you might get about the same, maybe a bit higher. With BF4, your FPS might come up quite a bit in the next month or so with the Mantle API. This also depends on your resolutions, I was basing this off of 1080P resolutions, but if you have like a 1366x768 monitor or something of that sort you will get FPS higher than these.

Thanks for this, I will probably run on high 1920x1080 and texture quality on ultra, so overall this is a good build and all will work well?

Yeah, I'm getting it built for me for £50 off my dad's friend, he works on computers.

Yeah, with 4gb RAM (Gonna upgrade to 12gb soon) and the Asus motherboard.

Also can having a power supply too high affect the PC in any way? Because 700 watts I think has a LOT of power left from what my system will be using, if you know what I mean.

Oh lol, and will this system be able to stream on Twitch? Even if I turn down settings or something.
