I am the only user and administrator on my Laptop. I cannot open programs such as Photoshop, Microsoft word or even view images. They give a message along the lines, "The current user (me) does not have permission to access.....". User Account Control is disabled, but even if I disable it, nothing changes. The only programs that I have permission to is Google chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. Please help, as I need to use Photoshop for work!!
