can not connect to the internet via wireless option error message appears as "there might be a problem with the driver for the wireless network connection adapter" I've downloaded the latest version from the Dell support site and it still doesn't work. please help. I'm available to connect if I plug in the Ethernet cable directly to my laptop.
Completely uninstall and then use driver fusion http://treexy.com/products/driver-fusion to clean up the remaining left over files. Then you will need to reinstall again. There could have been files left over that could be corrupt.
