I plan to overclock to as much as possible without extra cooling fan.
Also HD 7850 has 3 year warranty while GTX 660 has 2 year.
Which card will perform better in Rome 2 Total War?
And I don't play any FPS games or games which use PhysX.
And I have no experience with Nvidia GTX cards.
My last Nvidia card was 9400 GT.

Solution
the 660 is faster than 7850. even if you OC'd the 7850 it might come out on par with a 660.. the 660 is comparable to 7870, most 660's are already factory overclocked. I can tell you from experience that the 660 is not very easy to overclock, there is no default voltage adjustment, you have to flash bios to adjust voltage so minimal core clock increases are to be had. the ram overclocks very easily though.
