$400 upgrade to existing gaming pc

I am looking for an upgrade that will allow me to play Battlefield 4 at 1680x1050x at 40-60fps at high or ultra settings. Just a quick update, my budget is $400 and if possible I would like a intel processor.

Cpu: Intel 2 duo
Motherboard: Asus Striker II (don't know model but I do know that it wont support intel i5-i7 and 600 series nvidia gpu)
Memory: 4 gb
Gpu: gtx 560 ti
Power supply:1000 watt (doesn't need an upgrade, obviously)

So you're running a LGA 775 Socket.
This is a Micro ATX board, with this in mind, I'm going to assume your case doesn't support anything larger.
Now switching a motherboard-if you have a Windows OEM version, you need a new license with a new motherboard.
So here are two builds-one with a upgraded CPU and other with the whole upgrade.
