I am switching from consoles to pc gaming. I have played several pc games on my cruddy laptop but I really want to get deep into it. I am on a budget of about $500-$550. I also plan to upgrade this at some point so upgradability is a big factor. If there is any improvements or changes you guys know of, please send me a new list. Thank you guys!

I did some changes, but it did bump it up to $571, but trust me it's worth it. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1X78K

A 7850 calls for about a 500 watt PSU with 21 amps on the 12volt rail

I wasn't aware of that, although pcpartpicker says it will only use 300ish watts.

That's just what's recommended, not what's needed for it to run.
