Yeah I want to build one is that your specs or is that want I need. Just built 1 with amd phenom 965 and and 7870 xfx with 212 cooler. Corsair 8 gb ddr3 and it don't run that good

Im not too sure, the CPU might be a let down with such as title as it is CPU heavy. Your CPU should be sufficient if you lower some settings and deal with 30 frames per second.
The specs I place are what I suggested as an High-Entry system which would future proof you for a while.
