Hello.

I'm wondering if these temps are normal?

i think they're too high because it reached processor max temp which is stated on AMD site as 62ºC MAX.

M5A88-M, CM Hyper TX3, and processor @3.6 GHZ without touching voltage.

BTW temps are same without OC.

Solution
Ensure the cooler is clean. Honestly very few things heat the cpu like stress testing on a day to say basis.

Unless you are stressing the system all the time, I do not think it will hurt it.

Shame you had not been able to get a 212 instead. Those cool better, but take more space. I got into the mod 50s with that cooler

Looks like you may be able to get a bit more speed out of the cpu fan as well(this may help drop the temps a bit). Even push pull(2 fans on the cooler) may give you a few more degrees

I have Thermaltake v4 BE with 2 fans 1 front (intake) and the other rear (exhaust).

Cooler is clean and thermal paste is applied correctly, i have applied it yesterday to see if that make a little difference and actually it works, before that idle temp was 40-41ºC and full load 67-68ºC, i have disabled Q-fan control from bios so i think coolers are running at full speed now, and i didnt pick 212 because it wont fit in my case :p.

I would say you are looking about as good as you can under the circumstances. I mean the stock cooler has to run that hot too(and sounds SOOOO loud).

The only other thought would be a second fan on the heatsink, but again, you are looking at a few degrees at best in most cases.

I would keep an eye on the day to day temperatures. No way for 60 or even 70c to hurt the cpu from a silicon standpoint.
