OK so I have a few cards in mind Radeon HD 7750/6670 or Nvidia geforce gt(x) 640 64 bit (1)2gb GDDR5, 650 Gtx but there is one on Amazon its a gt 640 and it says its 128 in the description but on gigabytes site it says 64. Specs

Windows 8 Pro/ 7 Home Premium Dual Boot (Temporarily)
220W PSU and budget of $80-90 because I need to get a WiFi adapter
Can be no taller than 4 inches
On Windows experience it says my processor and ram are 7.9 and is this good enough to run 2013 games?
