probably means your overclock isn't stable, have you tried bumping your cpu voltage up a notch?

Usually it means you need to increase the vcore.

i had my vore up to 1.39 with llc enabled when i got this. how much more could i go up. intell recomends no more that 1.3625 already. it happened on prime 95 large fft

Also, it could mean you need a higher/lower QPI/VTT voltage. I'd try higher first.
