I have a Pen Drive of 16GB, it shows 15.9 free space, but when it comes to copy or paste something in to this Pen drive , transfer speed below 500KB.. 
some days back i was talking to my frnd about this he told me that some people able to make low size Pen drive in to big size but, but it makes speed of particular vulnerable, there is someway to change it size to previous sone?
