RAM Compatibiliy for my mobo

I have ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard.I wanted to install Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10) in my motherboard.Is this RAM Compatiable with my motherboard.My mobo manual does not indicate it in the compatiable system memory configuration.Please help me

Your board supports ddr3 so you can use this ddr3 ram.
You should just google your board and find it on newegg much easier i think.

Yes, it supportr Corsair Vengeance 8 gb ( 1x8 gb) but i would reccommend getting them in a 2 x 4 config for using dual channel which is faster.
