Hi everyone,
I am building a PC for the first time and these are the components I chose:
AMD FX 6300
MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard
LG GH24NS95 DVD Burner Internal Optical Drive
WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB Internal Hard Drive
Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus Mid Tower Cabinet
2 X 4GB DDR3 Corsair 1600MHz

I can't make up my mind between Sapphire radeon R9 280X ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202045 ) and vapor-x hd 7950 ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202003 )
Which one is better?

I am getting a Corsair VS650 650 Watt PSU. Is it enough or do I need 750 walt? I am panning to OC in the future.

Thank You.

well to be honest, the actual draw from his computer will be less than 5oo from the wall, so 650 will be the sweet spot.

and ya rob is correct i got mixed up. the 280x is a re-branded 7970 so ya go with the 280x.

My budget for for the graphics card is 300-330 and I am going to get it from newegg.
Since I live in India (were graphic cards are very expensive thats why I asked a friend to get one for me from USA), I will get it from Flipkart (http://www.flipkart.com/) and my budget is Rs. 6000/7000
