I'm looking to upgrade my HP P7 1234 desktop with a new graphics card and power supply.
The thing that I need help on is finding a powerful enough power supply that will be compatible with the motherboard, below are the specs:

AAHD2-HY (Holly)
Manufacturer: Pegatron
Form factor: uATX: 24.38 cm (9.6 inches) x 24.38 cm (9.6 inches)
Chipset: AMD Hudson-D2 FCH
Memory sockets: 2 x DDR3
Front side bus speeds: 100 MHz UMI (Unified Media Interface)
Processor socket: FM1
Expansion Slots:
PCI-Express Generation 2 speed
1 PCI Express x16
3 PCI Express x1
1 PCI Express Mini Card x1

Also any recommendations on a good graphics card for gaming that would be compatible?

As for the Graphics card I NEED to know your budget. How much will you pay for a GPU maximum?

I'm willing to spend up to around 200$ for the GPU. This is a maximum and a cheaper alternative would always be appreciated
Also, If I upgrade my GPU I don't know if I would need something more powerful than the 500W linked above, or would more be required for the GPU you recommend?

One more quick question, just making sure this GPU is compatible with my pc, and will it actually fit inside the case? I've read on reviews that it's rather large.

Yes it should fit. Open your case and get a ruler and all the way up to the HDD cages check if there is 10 inchs of room. 10 is enough :)
