how to install already downloaded .NET framework 3.5

i downloaded .NET framework 3.5 from Microsoft website , unfortunately i cant install it in my computer. the computer is giving me a message that i should download and install .NET framework 3.5, what can i do?

Usually, Windows will offer NET Framework through Windows update if you have a program which needs it. If you downloaded 3.5 manually, try going through windowsw Update and letting Windows find it and install it automatically.
