freeze every 10 -15 minutes

hardware or software actually i don't know witch one is causing the system freeze ? it freezes for about a split second every 10-15 minutes !! it's noticeable when playing a game or a video ..

my aspects are
windows 7 64
core 2 due E6750
GTX 560 1GB DDR5
Abit motherboard IP35-E
4G Ram Kingstone
2 external HD (my book,my passport-WD)
one enternal HD (WD)
Gamma power supply 600w

Your RAM is not upto the mark.For a 500GB Internal HDD and 64 bit OS 6GB RAM is just okay,for your system RAM should not be less than anything 8GB and 16GB is sufficient.
However,try some optimizing softwares for your system which defragments and cleans up the redundant spaces.

thank u for your replay ...my system was working fine back then without any freezing i tried the defragment process also i cleaned the system using advanced system care and CCleaner but nothing changed
