Both, if you can, if you can't, than just buy a dual monitor GPU. Personally I like the B350 (I own the same one, lmao) it is an awesome monitor for gaming, it just isn't quite the most reliable monitor out there (I have had to make repairs on mine 2 times now since the logic board keeps burning up), considering its only a $300-400 monitor new though, it's not a bad deal at all. I haven't owned the HP one before, but considering the price, I would imagine its basically the same reliability as the B350. Your newer HP one has quite a bit lower specs though according to what newegg has to say about it, personally I would just stick to the B350.

Can IPS monitor look more good for watching movies and games?....I mean for IPS technology is what people saying is the best for these 2 application...but considering the monitor is much bit lower spec than my SAMSUNG...What do you think?
