am3+ or lga 1150 for 350$ (mobo + cpu)?

i am gonna buy new desktop pc .. i already have hd 7850 and 350$ for both cpu and mobo. i wanna choose between am3+ and lga 1150 ... the am3+ is cheaper but i think its dead socket by the end of this year .. lga 1150 offers more performance for more money but i heard that the upcoming broadwell cpus wont fit on 8x chipset and there will be new 9x chipsets for this sockets

-i dont want to renew mobo and cpu every year .. any suggestions?

the 1150 is the dead socket.
ewok is 100% correct. on both counts. the cpu and the mobo.

if you go asus m5a97fx and the 8350 you will be fine for gaming for a good solid four years before needing to upgrade to maintain ultra settings.

i think that is an epic move to make. that 9550 with only turbo boost turned on will scream at 5.0Ghz. and that is pure awesome awe inspiring drool enticing pants wetting glory.
