I am using Dell T3500 workstation model. My system showing 1680 x 1050 as my maximum resolution available. But as per my graphics card i can get upto 2560 x 1600. I have also installed the latest driver.

Can anyone help me get this resolved.

Spec:

Monitor:

Graphics Card:

Cable:

DVI-D Dual Link Cable

Windows:

Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Question:

1 ) does the maximum resolution depends on the Cable we connect?

2 ) does the maximum resolution depends on the monitor?

Looking for solution to get maximum resolution. Thanks.
