tryin to decide wether i should use "cpu parking"

is there any need to disable cpu parking on all cores with a utility? or should i just let the OS handle it?

i5 3470
playin games and sh!t.
anychance it will cause overheatin?

Always worth a try. If your games and applications are running fine and you don't need the extra power then there is no need. However if it's a little sluggish you can try it and if it doesn't help just enable core parking again.
