Download Memtest 86 burn it to CD/USB and boot it. Run test for at least 16 hours.

Its so so simple:
1.Unrar file
2. Burn all files from that file to Disk
3. Restart pc and configure in bios to boot from CD
4. Leave it run for 16 hours.
