Hi there, I just wanted to know what the best graphics card I could possibly use in my Alienware X51? I know I probably should of built my own rig, but my knowledge of Pc's is very limited. Sorry.

My current rig is an i5 3330 3.00ghz, my current graphics card is GeForce Gt 640 (lame, I know), I've 8GB of RAM, the input of the Powerbrick is 100-240v 4.4A 50/60Hz.

I hope this information is enough for someone to help me out, price isn't really an issue.
Many thanks to anyone with any answers.

Aaron

I bought alienware X-51 because I wanted a slim desktop computer.

The Nvidia 660 GTX they offer is a cut-down version of the real-full powered GTX 660 because this Alienware has a 330W external power supply. What this means is that if you want to upgrade the GPU in the future, you'll need to make sure that it a) fits in the case (which the bigger cards do not), and b) is within the power-envelope the alienware can handle (which again, the bigger cards do not do). This means that your future upgrade potential is severely limited, which is why I would NOT recommend buying this alienware.

Sorry mate, I just want to clarify they will 100% work in my X51? As I've read my power prick will not send out enough Watts to supply any of them Graphics Cards.

Yes, your PSU is 350 watt which will not run the mentioned cards.

Grab this:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Power Supply: Corsair Professional 650W 80 PLUS Gold Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($104.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $104.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)
