  1. I am sorry but not really... You really need an upgrade :/ What is your budget for a bunch of parts?
  2. Intel's Core 2 Quad CPUs still provide pretty decent performance; which is the main reason why I am still using my Q9450. However, more recent Intel generation CPUs are more powerful at the same clockspeed.

Unless you are getting the Q9705 for a very cheap price, I think you are simply better off saving up money for an Intel Ivy Bridge or Haswell CPU whichever is cheaper.
  3. Jaguar knows more than me so listen to him. But I think you should Upgrade to an I5 4670k or if you dont want to OC, an i5 4570 will do you just fine :)
  4. Kinda but that depends on the title and how you set up the rig. Been experimenting on and old 05 model rig and surprisingly a lot of games work rather well despite being a pentium m 770 @2.5ghz on a msi speedster 915 with a 4650. Personally if you want a lasting rig that doesn't need a lot of tweaking that is fast in almost anything current a new i5 based system will do. As for being economical a 45nmn core 2 quad will do but they do need a Good board.
  5. Don't bother with AMD in the mainstream and going K edition for Intel is worth it if you need to overclock later.

I agree...AMD is really good for GPU's but im not a fan of their CPU's :/

    I say get a 3570k, 4670k, if you dont wanna OC, 3470 or 4570

    :)
  7. RS. 8000/- only for CPU.And i just upgarde only the cpu on my P5KPL-AM/PS board.
