Overclock BIOS settings MSI Z87 G45 Gaming

As my mobo and cpu supports overclocking, i want to give this a try. I want to overclock my 4670k, but i dont know the bios settings before i am going to oc. I cant manage to adjust the v core voltage FOR EXAMPLE. Can someone tell me all the settings i have to change exactly? I have the MSI Z87 G45 Gaming motherboard with bios version 1.5
