CPU-Z shows wrong

I have 2 Kingston Hyperx blu 4gb 1600MHz CL9 cards. Bios says both are working at 1600mhz and CPU-Z says , under memory tab, DRAM frequency 798,3MHz which should be ok, but under SPD tab it says one has a max bandwidth PC3-10700 and works at 667MHz with latency 6-6-6-17. The other one looks ok(PC3-12800(800MHz) latency 9-9-9-24). Now what?

I get than,but both are identical and i didn't oc either one. Why is it showing a difference between them? Aren't they suppose to be the same?

So,are they 1600MHz or what.
Also iv'e put them in slots 1 and 2.Should i try 1-3 or 2-4 combos?

CPU-Z can be very confusing - see my info thread:

In this case, while they may look the same they show different part #s (model #s) and it appears you have one that is set for running at 1.5 and the other at 1.65 (bad combo, I myself won't run 1600 or 1866 sticks that require 1.65). Since they are different, CPU-Z may be simply confused and they may be in dual channel or they might not. Generally for dual channel you'll place the sticks in slots 1-3 or 2-4

A crap. I bought them separately cca 6 monts appart but in the same store. They look the same,they even have the same code on the package.

What,in your oppinion, is making Cpuz and Aida think one is 1333 while bios recognizes them both as 1600?
That is the part i still don't understand

Don't think it is - as I mentioned, they've updated the sticks, timings defaults, etc (happens all the time) and in the link I gave you to my info thread on CPU-Z - all you are seeing under Max Bandwith is what the sticks have in their SPD for a default boot value - the older stick was made when the default standard was 1333, many lines of DRAM have updated to a 1600 default - that really has nothing to do with the sticks and their performacne, it's simply info the BIOS looks at and says "Hey, this new guy can boot to 1600" or same but to 1333

Ok,so i've returned the older stick of ram to the store i bought it from, and the guy told me that it's no problem and that the new ram will be here tomorrow. I still don't get how memory can be sold as 1600 but only work at 1333.
