I am currently running with an i5 3570k, asus h61m plus motherboard, 8 gb of ddr3 ram, gtx evga 650 ti boost 2gb, and a corsair cx 430 w psu. The recent price cut for the gtx 770 has me interested in upgrading to it. I mainly play battlefield 4 and was wondering if this card will be a good fit. Also, is it compatible with my h61m plus motherboard and will it be fine with my power supply unit? If my psu can not handle it, what do you suggest is a good psu upgrade that is a reasonable price.

I just scored a GTX 770 and I have no complaints. A 650 Watt PSU should do the job.
