$1800 budget Streaming PC

Solution
I wasn't sure if you were streaming only or if you were going to be gaming too. I'll make a build around $1800. Just be aware that the i5 is actually better for gaming than the i7. :)

You will need a video capture card but I'm sure you already knew that. You don't need to spend that much for streaming either, most of the work is being done from the Xbox.

If you are wanting to do other stuff like game, then the build can be updated to reflect that.

ok that looks closer, but I think some areas are a bit more than I need...I heard that the gtx 660 would run BF3 and ultra at around 35-45 FPS which is fine with me. Also is the liquid cooling really necessary? I use the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO on my current build with no problems. What advantages would i get with the cooler u posted?

The GTX 780 is much more powerful than the 660. You could save money if you wanted by going with the 760 which is still more powerful than the 660. The EVO is really good, it's what I use, but watercooling has the benefit of running quieter and will really help when running a hexacore i7.

oh...almost forgot....when i am buying an operating system do i just need the OEM or do i need the full...whats the difference and will i hurt my pc if i go with a high psu like a 850...just for future upgrades?

OEM versions bind to your motherboard so that you can't use it more than once, but otherwise they are identical. You won't hurt it, but you need to make sure you get a quality brand. Either of these are really good.

All liquid cooling will do is lower the temperatures resulting in a quieter computer as the graphics card will have a lower chance of overheating + the fans will not have to work as hard to cool the card.
