DRAM Frequency 408MHz instead of 1600MHz

It has to do with how speeds are defined with DDR3. DDR3 memory can make 4 data transfers for every tick of the system clock. As a result, the 1600 MHz quoted by the memory manufacturer and the listed DRAM frequency are basically the same.

It is a bit confusing, but your memory is running at the correct speed.
