I am buying a new computer for gaming for 5 years, silence is important, what do you think about this build?

CPU: Intel I7-4770K
Cooler: Scythe MUGEN 3 REV B
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H
Case: NANOXIA Deep Silence 1
PSU: FSP RAIDER 650W
RAM: Crucial 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz 1.5V CL11 (*2)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X VAPOR-X OC 3GB GDDR5
SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250GB SATA3 2.5inch
Monitor: Dell U2412M UltraSharp LED IPS 1920 x 1200

This is not from the US so supply is more limited. Would you change anything ?

More about buying computer gaming years silence important build
  1. I would get either a 500gb or 1tb hdd so you store all your games on their WD drives are cheap and good. I would also recommend an external optical drive because an enteral isn't needed for gaming.
  2. big HDD will be taken from current comp. optical drives are dead, haven't been using them in the past few years. what about regarding the components i've written i need ?
