Skyrim, new crouching glitch :(

Hey I had a similar problem, character stuck in sneak, I reset the character by sitting and then I was able to sprint ad was standing again. BUT now am unable to re-enter sneak, in this save, older saves, new character & old characters! I have uninstalled all the mods I added since the problem occurred.
 
Solution

Remove all your clothes, jump, enter a house/inn or something and exit (don't try to sneak at all in between) once you get outside jump again, now spin 3 times around and try to sneak now.

Do what I said above without the spinning part :p that was a joke
