So whenever I remove anything from the front ports (headphones, usb, mic), my computer just restarts. Doesn't even have to be completely removed, if anything plugged in moves a certain amount, it will restart. I'm thinking it has to do with the case. I built the PC my self using the following components:

Processor: i7 4770
Graphics: EVGA gtx 680 4gb gddr5
RAM: Corsair vengeance LP 2x8gb ddr3
Mobo: MSi Z87-GD65
PSU: Corsair AX850
Case: IN WIN GRone

are the motherboard connections all seated properly? if so, maybe your case isn't grounded correctly. i have had this problem. or the case wiring has a short? quite a few problems could cause that.

then your case is grounded. you probably have a short in the wiring for your front panel. which unfortunately there is not much you can do about. I would take it some where and get a second opinion then if they tell you the same. buy a new case. it sucks, but its all you can do at that point.

Yes, it sounds to me like the case wiring is shorted out. I don't know how to check the wiring. Which sounds like the problem. If the case is new exchange and see if it fixes it. If not check your components for burns on the back of the pcb or blown caps, but I doubt it's something other than the case.
