I recently built a computer and it caught fire

I just tried building my 3rd custom computer so far and it went fine until the test boot which under the 8 pin connector it started smoking then caught fire. I am replacing everything that was plugged in but the company i got my processor with has an awful replacement policy and i was wondering if the fire damaged my processor.

Motherboard: z77 Extreme 4

Processor: Intel i5 3350p

Power Supply: Dynex 520 watt

Demn i hate fire :(
Sorry for that .....

Let me put it like this :
- if i have exchanged 100% total spares in my exp.
- 2 % was on CPU exchange

those bastards are tough ......
advice :
- dismount all you`r about to RMA
- take Isopropil Spiritus
- take you time clean it like you never used before

P.S. - this fire smels to me like bad PSU or you have down calculate it for the GPU you have being using ?
