Choosing RAID controller for Dell Poweredge C1100 running VMWare ESXi

I'm looking for a RAID 5 controller card, that works in a Dell poweredge C1100 server that can run Vmware ESXi 5.0 or higher. I have 4 1tb SAS hard drives, the server has a SAS/SATA backplane but can't handle SAS drives.

I'm looking for good card but is under $400 preferably under $300.

I've found this that shows which cards can support VMware.

its Sas compatible.
As for a/another controller , look for an LSI or Perc. You dont say which raid mode, if any, you are looking to use this with.

"#2 Regarding SATA HDDs, both backplanes with the C1100 support SAS and SATA. The ICH10R SATA chipset on the system board is SATA only. You will need one of the optional RAID controllers to use SAS drives. There is not a SATA only backplane, so you should not need to purchase a new backplane, RAID controller and cables should suffice."
