need help deciding on psu

hi all, i may be able to grab a brand new rosewill lightning 1300w psu, it's gold rated and made by superflower but: for $150 is it decent? anyone heard any big problems with em'? any advice is appreciated!

that's what i was thinking, although i may wait to get the cooler master v1000 since it may become cheaper with the black november deals.

yeah it seems like either way i'm getting a super solid psu at a pretty good price. thanks for the input!
